Terms and acceptable use

Use this platform for lawful learning and authorized ROTC activities. Do not impersonate another person, share assessment answers, attempt to bypass time or attempt limits, use offensive display names, scrape personal information, or interfere with service availability.

Competition names may be moderated. Suspicious or invalid submissions may be logged and excluded. Official results are subject to institutional academic and ROTC policies.

Institution placeholder: legal counsel must approve final terms, sanctions, appeals, jurisdiction, and records-retention language before production launch.
